Cardiac Rehabilitation

This outpatient exercise program is intended for those with a history of angina or who are recovering from cardiac bypass surgery, heart attack, or stent placement.

  • Reduce risk of recurring heart conditions
  • Individualized exercise program created and monitored by an Exercise Physiologist
  • Assistance with smoking cessation, weight control and stress management

Diabetes Exercise Program

This program uses exercise therapy to decrease and stabilize blood glucose levels. Vital signs are monitored before and after each exercise session.

  • Improve heart and lung function
  • Decrease blood pressure
  • Improve oxygen saturation
  • Increase strength and stamina

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy facilitates the recovery process following an illness or injury. Therapists evaluate your condition and implement treatment plans to improve function, reduce swelling and decrease pain.

Occupational Therapy can also help you with the activities of daily living. These may include dressing, grooming, eating, housekeeping, driving, leisure activities and other work-related tasks.

We specialize in:

  • Rotator cuff tears, repairs, shoulder impingements and adhesive capsulitis

  • Dietary consultation from Licensed Dietician to help your body prepare to heal itself post–surgery
  • Develop a home exercise program

Pulmonary Rehab

Comprehensive education and breathing retraining to increase endurance of respiratory muscles combined with exercise program.

Speech Therapy

Speech therapists evaluate and treat communication and language disorders associated with hearing impairment, strokes/CVA or other illnesses and developmental disorders.

New treatment techniques using VisiPitch technology evaluate and treat voice disorders. Vital Stim is used to stimulate and improve swallowing muscles allowing patients to eat and drink with ease.
