South Bay Hospital Announces Pretty in Pink Event to Celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Sun City Center, FL - According to the American Cancer Society, one out eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. On October 29th, South Bay Hospital is taking some time to revisit the facts about breast cancer with their Pretty in Pink luncheon and seminar event to help women make the healthiest decision for them.

The luncheon will be held at The United Methodist Church of Sun City Center, Life Enrichment Center, 1210 Del Webb Blvd. West, Sun City Center, FL 33573. It will start at 11am and run to 1pm. Lunch and information about breast cancer prevention will be provided by expert presenters and vendors. Registration is required. To register, call (888) 685-1595.

South Bay is hoping that women at risk will make the decision to talk with their doctor or to help raise awareness by sharing information with friends.
